Return Policy

If your order arrives and it is not right, in other words it’s our mistake, we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Not happy with it? You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 14 days of receipt of your item. Item must be returned with all tags and original packaging intact for us to be able to re-sell it as brand new.

The return or exchange must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of notifying us of your intention to exchange or refund.

Buyer will be responsible for shipping to us and the shipping charges for the replacement item(s).

Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" or taken out of its original packing for fitting etc. is considered used and cannot be returned. If you are trying on boots or shoes we encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots.
